I'm Theresa Maria Forthaus, a Berlin-based artist, photographer and director. My work moves between photography, film and performance, drawing from a personal embodied understanding of rhythm, voice and dance. Alongside my artistic practice, I bring the same approach to my portrait and editorial work as well as to the documentation of events.

Most recently: I created visuals for → MAISON LÂLE that premiered during the 54th Istanbul Music Festival and my project → SPEAKING WITHOUT WORDS is currently on view  at → FREUNDESKREIS WILLY-BRANDT-HAUS as part of the BFF-Förderpreis group exhibition.
